From vision to execution.

I believe that companies should define themselves from the outside in. How they bring meaning to their clients, their market, what is their relevance, and the impact they help create.

Because when a company’s vision is truly aligned with its context, something stronger happens: people understand where they are going, clients feel the difference, and the business becomes more resilient, more coherent and more alive.

Today, I continue to work at the intersection of brand, culture, operational excellence and growth — helping founders drive structure, execution and performance.

I believe companies grow stronger when vision, culture and context move together.

About me

  • Curiosity

Curiosity shapes the way I think and work.

I pay attention to how people live, how organisations evolve, and how larger shifts influence both businesses and culture. Over time, I learned that the real challenge is often different from the one first expressed.

I like to look beneath the surface to understand ambitions, tensions, dynamics and context.

Drawing from different disciplines allows me to connect seemingly unrelated elements, reframe situations more broadly, and help organisations find clearer, more meaningful directions.

  • Open-mindedness

I believe open-mindedness is essential if you want your organisation to remain relevant and alive.

It requires the ability to step back, challenge assumptions and look at situations from multiple perspectives. By connecting insights across people, culture, product and market, I help uncover opportunities that may otherwise remain unseen.

I like to explore widely before narrowing things down.

Strong directions are rarely the result of adding complexity — more often, they come from seeing things differently and making clear, meaningful choices.

  • Shared Direction

Leading a company (and sometimes failing at it …) taught me that change cannot simply be decided from the top down.

People need to understand where an organisation is going, why it matters, and how they can contribute to it. I have always believed in staying close to people inside organisations — listening carefully, involving them in important evolutions and creating clarity together.

What interests me most is helping organisations remain aligned while continuing to evolve. The ones that do it best are often those with a strong culture, open conversations and a genuine sense of collective direction.

Good to know

I am fluent in Dutch, French and English, and comfortable working with a wide range of tools — from business platforms (BI, CRM’s, Microsoft, Google, ..) to design environments (Figma, Adobe, ..).

I am an avid traveller and true culture lover — passionate about art, literature, design, architecture and fashion.

Experience

I was initially trained as a linguistic expert and marketing strategist. But quite early in my career, I realised I was just as interested in organisations as in brands.

Over the years, building and leading my own digital design agency has brought me a broad diversity of knowledge, both as a strategist and entrepreneur in marketing, advertising, digital and design.

Today, I continue to work at the intersection of brand, leadership, culture and growth — stepping into organisations to align strategy and operations, streamline structures and deliver measurable impact.
